This beautifully designed development features unique houses and apartments arranged around a traditional mill pond and central courtyard mill setting which backs onto a cycle track and leisurely country walks.
RR Limited had been contracted to aid with the development of 54 units, comprising detached townhouses, terraced houses and 4-story block flats. There was a variety of work carried out including traditional cavity wall brick and block construction, facing red brick with decorative blue brick panels.
We were able to assist with the construction of 54 units over the duration of 8 months, all to an extremely high standard.
